I work with any construction or design professionals out-of-state who are in need of remote drafting related services.

I prefer vector-based files like PDF’s, .dwg’s, and .vwx’s. I work with programs like VectorWorks, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino.

My typical response time for first-time inquiries is 1 business day. My typical response time with ongoing clients is same-day. Project turn-around times vary drastically depending on scope, but I am usually able to start working on new projects within a week, and new clients can expect consistent updates throughout the completion of their project. For something like drafting permit-ready plans for a 1500 square foot house remodel, if I do a site visit, draw the plans from scratch, and assist in applying for permits, then we can usually get the first application in about 10 business days.

I am capable and eager to work on projects that are drivable for me. If I can drive to your project location or arrange travel plans, then I am absolutely able to offer on-site measurements.
